One. We take your files to the shops in our network that are set up for the part, do the comparing ourselves, and come back with a single quote and a real date. You are not managing a bidding process or reading five quotes that price different things.

Custom parts, prototypes, and production runs across CNC machining, CNC turning, sheet metal, waterjet, laser cutting, and welding, in metal, plastic, and composite. Plus cabinetry, architectural millwork, countertops, furniture, and signage in wood and stone.

On fit rather than on a list. We match against the processes, tolerances, materials and quantities a shop genuinely runs, plus whether your date fits its schedule and whether it holds any certification your job needs. You contract with OpenSpindle, so you are never chasing a shop yourself.

You approve the quote and pay OpenSpindle, and we handle the shop. Payment is held and released against the work so both sides are protected, and there is nothing to settle directly with the manufacturer.

Usually within about two business days, and faster on straightforward parts. Complex assemblies, unusual materials or anything needing certification take longer, because we would rather come back with a price that holds than a fast number that moves later. If you have a hard date, say so and we will quote against it.
